Shipping Want to order from Seaview Aquariums Online? We ship Australia-wide. Delivery is charged per order. All basic stock has a minimum $12.00 fee per order up to 5kg (unless stated otherwise). Large items, glass items and Special Order Items may not be covered by the standard Delivery fee, they are determined by weight in increments of 5kgs up to 20kgs. Any order exceeding 20kgs or of an unusual nature will be determined based on destination (we will contact you with additional shipping costs). Although we can not do so with each and every order, we make every effort to ship your order the same or next day. We are able to send most goods via ground, or overnight services. We will ship to P.O. Boxes if required. We utilize multiple shipping partners to facilitate the shipping of some items. This is done to help maintain adequate inventory levels, to keep our costs to a minimum when dealing with large or otherwise bulky items, and to increase our offerings with uncommon or seldomly requested items. Apon ordering your products you will be adviced on checkout if you are not in the selected state and be asked to remove all ADA products. If you require any ADA products and are outside the selected state please email us for your nearest online or LFS stockest. The information below will guide you through our return process. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Faulty Goods All warranties are honoured and all goods found to be faulty within the manufacturers warranties may be returned for full refund or exchange/credit. Please contact us to make appropriate arrangements. Freight charges are then the responsibility of Seaview Aquariums Online. Notification of the need to return goods must be supplied to Seaview Aquariums Online by email before returning goods so that our choice of freight can be made. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Returned Goods Please select your purchase items carefully, as once a product has been paid for, and goods received in working order, you will not be eligible for refund or exchange -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Damaged Goods Goods damaged in transport must be returned to Seaview Aquariums Online for inspection and will be replaced or an exchange supplied. Damaged merchandise may be exchanged for a replacement item without a restocking fee. Freight charges are then the responsibility of Seaview Aquariums Online. Notification of the need to return goods must be supplied to Seaview Aquariums Online by email before returning goods so that our choice of freight can be made. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prior to returning any products you must contact us for an RAN (Return Authorisation Number) for all returns. Merchandise returned without an RAN will be declined and returned to sender. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier (if damage is noted at the time of delivery).
