Seaview Aquariums Online has its own stock holding facilities however we work together with our retail devision and can offer greater variety in products as well as local pick(appoitments are required). Our online entity works independantly of our retail division and hence offers greater saving due to low overhead cost. We may offer specials from time to time relating the two business but there are no exceptions to orders placed online. All information and goods displayed on this site are as is and every effort is made to have the right information, however human errors can occur and Seaview Aquariums takes no responsability for wrongly used items. This is a online store and is not intended to be an information site. Seaview Aquariums assumes that all shoppers know what they are after and know what they are purchusing. We hold no responsability for shoppers buying the wrong product unless it is different to what has been described on our site or does not do what we have stated. Aside from the products listed, we do have access to a larger inventory of suppliers and products and if required will be more than happy to try and source those products for you. Special Order Items From time to time you will notice a remark on some products stating - Note: Special Order Item This is usually due to the size of the item, or the fact that it may be an item that needs to be specially ordered from the supplier. If there is an item that has this remark, continue with your order and we will contact you prior to the order being processed to confirm the products availability. Items that require special handling, or that have additional freight costs are also flagged with this remark. Accepted Methods of Payments We accept Direct Deposit, Paypal, COD (local pickup only), Cheques and Money Orders (Products will be shipped once payment has cleared). In the unlikely case that you have problems processing an order via the seaview website, please send an email to info@seaviewaquariums.com with the part you are after (include model number, brand etc) and our gaurantee is to provide you with an exact discounted price and availability within 12-48 hours (usually the response time will be within 1-4 hours during business hours. Live Plant Sales Live plants and shrimp are now availibly to purchase online. All plants and shrimp orders with be sent on monday/tuesday via express post. if your order is placed on these days and misses our shipping run we will inform you that your order will not be shipped untill the follwing week. if you have choosen a different delivery method on our checkout we will contact you and change the amount to reflect express shipment and the difference in shipping will be invoiced to you, once payment is recieved we will ship out your order on the next shipping day. Our plant list goes further then what is available here online, in saying this if there is a particular plant you are after or is unavailable on our site please email us and we will get our stocks and availability on other plants not yet on our selling list online. Hours of Trade Being an online store, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. From time to time the website may be offline for maintenance purposes, however check back after a few minutes and everything should be back to normal. Support staff will be on hand 7 days a week to take your enquiries.
