Habitat: Indo-Pacific, From east Africa to Japan, The Great Barrier Reef

Temperature: 22° - 27°C (72° - 81°F)

Water Chemistry: pH: 7.8 to 8.5, hard - very hard.

Food: accustoms to all frozen foods as well as artemia and black worm, will also adapt to flake food and pellet food. Also good to treat with nori and other algae foods.

Notes: One of the most sort after marine fish. the P. Hepatus is a stunning blue coloured fish that leaves well with other tank mates, also reef aquariums. the p.hepatus is a schooling fish and is best kept in groups of 3 or more. These fish should be feed on a variety of food including algae. due to them being a active swimmer they require adequate food.
